Purchase Quantities: Our fabrics must be purchased in full yard increments.  Our inventory changes quickly as we stock hundreds of fabrics.  All in-stock quantities are sold on a first come first serve basis. Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales Tax: All orders shipped outside the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. All orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate is provided and verified before the order is placed. Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diners Club. Payment by check or money order may be possible by contacting us during normal business hours. Ordering: You may place an order 24/7 via the Internet or by fax at 412-281-9428. You may also call us toll free 1-800-245-2012 Monday through Friday 7:45 am-4:00 pm EST. Order Changes: If you want to make a change in an order, you must do so BEFORE the order has been cut and wrapped for shipment. A 10% fee will be added to the order for any changes after the order has been processed. No order may be cancelled after the goods have been shipped. Backorder: You will be notified within 2 business days if all or part of your order is backordered. You will also be given an estimated shipping date. You may cancel or change the order anytime before the stock is in. We will notify you via email or phone when the order is shipping. Once the order is shipped, the order is noncancelable. Damages: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If a package is delivered to you damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. It is important to also contact the local UPS delivery terminal to make a claim for damages. If a package has been lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it immediately. We will not cancel the order because of the loss or damage claim. Returns: All of our fabrics have been pre-inspected for flaws. Allowances for flaws are given with each order. We cannot accept returns unless the fabric is damaged during shipping. We strongly suggest that you order a sample prior to purchase. While we make every effort to assure our online digital pictures accurately portray our fabrics, your computer monitor or your home lighting environment may impact your visual interpretation of the fabrics. Dye Lot Variation: Color may vary slightly from piece to piece. While every effort is made to achieve color consistency, some minor color variation due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable. Force Majeure: MarketFabrics.com will not be liable for any delay in delivering merchandise if delays are caused by lockout or other labor or transportation disputes, acts of God, production point outages, delays in import or customs clearance, or other causes beyond our control. Warranties: The information, materials, and products on this web site could include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
